FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide the highest level of personalized service at all times to guest.
- To be aware of all hotel services, facilities, and promotions, activities and knowledgeable of upselling techniques.
- To balance the cash report and remittance envelope at the end of the shift.
- To check and update the allocation of rooms for all guests and follow up on the special requirements requested by the guests.
- To maintain rapport with guests to ensure their stays are an enjoyable one.
- Maintain a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues and all other departments.
- Team work is essential.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least SPM.
- Able to communicate and write in English and preferably Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work on shifts.
- Preferably 1 -2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Training will be provided to those without experience.
ROOM ATTENDANT
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Changing bed linen and making beds
- Replacing used towels and other bathrooms amenities
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Vacuuming carpets
- Dusting and polishing furniture
- Emptying trash containers and ashtrays
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Physical mobility and stamina
- Willing to work on shifts.
SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE / MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for either hotel room sales or tours & travel business.
- Aware of the latest market trends and shifts.
- Ability to prioritize high value task and focus under pressure
- Identify new business opportunities and execute sales action plan immediately.
- Produce prompt sales reports and follow up on all sales leads by phone, email and social media.
- Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in customer service.
- Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and write in English and preferably Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Salary to commensurate with qualification and experience.
- New graduates with excellent academic results may also apply with intensive training to be given.
