Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the arrival date will incur a 25% administration fee of the total room charge, while cancellations made less than 72 hours before the arrival date are non-refundable
Below 72 hours prior to the arrival date (i.e. check-in date): For confirmed or guaranteed bookings/reservations, strictly no refunds. |

Your credit card will be automatically charged for the total amount of your stay once your booking/reservation is confirmed.
A Booking Confirmation will be emailed to you for all confirmed booking/reservation. Please present this Booking Confirmation at the reception upon check-in.
If you wish to cancel your booking, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify our Reservations Team at reservation@promenadeapartment.com.my at least 3 days prior to your arrival date.

Linens & Towels |

Help us conserve water, energy, and detergent.
- Please hang up your towels if you wish to reuse them.
- Towels left on the floor will be replaced.
Bedroom
Our standard practice is to change your bed linens every third day of your stay and again upon check-out. If you would like your linens changed earlier, please contact the reception for assistance. Thank you for your understanding.
